Need some proof of concept first, though. As for China, "if the government instructs the population" is a dictatorial comment. This reflects the classic conflict of ancient Greece between Sparta (dictatorship with lots of slaves) and Athens (democracy). But instead of swords and spears, computer programming will be the weapon. My view is that free intellectuals in a free market economy will always prevail over enslaved intellect in a dictatorship.
